Michelle Lin

Michelle is a licensed real estate broker (a coveted title held by only 15% of agents) and a Bay Area native who hails from a family of real estate veterans. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Princeton University. She started her career in investment banking, where she advised Fortune 500 companies on mergers and acquisitions deals and helped take private companies public. She has also consulted for some of the largest tech companies in the Bay Area.

Michelle’s unique background in leading complex deals allows her to bring her negotiation skills, attention to detail, and diligence, to each of her clients. She provides unmatched service and attention to each client, treating them like family.

Michelle is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, and has basic knowledge of Japanese.

Michelle is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR).

Ted Lin

Ted has been a real estate expert for over 35 years and has deep expertise in residential real estate and mortgage banking. His broad experience allows him to use his industry and market knowledge to provide his clients with invaluable advice and insight.

Ted is known for his sharp negotiation skills, honesty, and thoroughness. He always goes the extra mile to fight for his clients’ best interests. His years in the industry have allowed him to serve entire generations of families, from grandparents down to their grandchildren, a testament to the trust his clients put in him and the lasting relationships he has built.
